Using the Visual C++ Custom AppWizard->Custom Appwizard

A Microsoft Developer Studio Custom AppWizard is provided with the Virtual Workshop which will create an outline extension for you.  This AppWizard must be installed into the correct location in your Microsoft Developer Studio directory structure as described below following which it will automatically appear as a Visual C++ new project option.
